An 12,000 square foot renovation of an old factory building in Boston, MA. The new space includes artist studios, flex space, and two floors and is nearly 8,000 square feet of skateable space.

One floor is designed to replicate a modern urban plaza with a variety of banks and hips, along with over a dozen "Granite Legos" that can be moved and connected to create an infinite amount of creative line combinations. The top floor is a transition skaters' paradise made primarily from poured-in-place concrete. Both floors are designed to be accessible, challenging, and tons of fun for all skill levels.
